Need a laugh?

From looking at this on You Tube I think this is from a TV show? If anyone knows anything about these guys could you leave me a comment and tell me?

Oh, and since I do not speak French if someone hears something undesirable that they say will you please let me know. I understand a lot of what is said, but I don't want to have something bad on my site and just not know it. Thanks!

You are in luck. They are MY FAVORITE comedian group. They are actually from New Zealand. They don't usually sing in French. Soyou are in luck. They ARE Hilarious!!!

They are a Grammy Award-winning folk, pop, and comedy band composed of Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement. Billing themselves as "Formerly New Zealand's fourth most popular guitar-based digi-bongo acapella-rap-funk-comedy folk duo" (having been bumped by a tribute band of themselves, Like of the Conchords), the group uses a combination of witty observation, characterisation and acoustic guitars to work the audience.

Here is their official website:

They have this song which when I heard for the first time i was hooked on their witty hilarious humor. It's about a girl and guy who think they know each other but is a mistake and I can not for my life think of the name.

We caught them of Comedy Central a few years ago and that's how I found them. Too cute.

Hope this helps!!!

Oh yes I know them well! Well I don't KNOW them but you get what I mean lol! Everything Rennie said is right. And I'm from NZ, but I live in the States and so of course I LOVE this show!

You can catch it on HBO - they are meant to be having a new season start this year, but they are doing reruns of last season right now. Or, you can do what I do and watch them all on youtube :)

I am loving your blog and your humour - found you from the Oh Fransson blog - you lucky thing, you, being a winner and all!

I'll be keeping up with your musings :) Oh, and I do know what a member of the seventy is, and all about stake conference ;-) I think ours is coming up soon.
