Quick, time for dinner

If you have these two cans. And a pack of flour tortillas, you have dinner.

Seriously. I do not kid about something as important as dinner. Or lunch. or second breakfast. or midnight snacks.

Man I love food. This is the recipe that is on the back of the can of soup stuff. I have altered it, Of course!

I just mash up the can of drained chicken in a bowl and then add the

soup. and just a couple of tablespoons of water. Warm it up in the microwave for a minute or so. Then put some oil in a skillet and get it hot. spread some chicken filling on half of a tortilla and fold over. Then get it good and brown and crispy on both sides.

This takes ten minutes, tops. I like to eat it with sour cream, but salsa would probably be good, too.

Alice Wills Gold said... the mouths of two or three witnesses...I am so trying this an easy dinner...and if you make it with wheat tortillas and low fat soup, it is also VERY healthy...especially served with some fresh salsa....yum
