Oh, I can so sympathize with you. Migraines have crept back into my life the last two years. Ow!

I watched a very interesting PSA type show on Canadian TV the other night. It was all about those new spiral bulbs that they are pushing us all to buy. Yeah seems that one of the complaints is they cause migraines. This made PERFECT sense to me because for years I worked in offices with flourescent lighting and I suffered from horrible migraines. I would get them at work related them to stress. Yet if I turned the over head light off and used a small incadescent bulb...I was fine. Fast forward some years replaced all the bulbs in the house with spiral bulbs and migraines. Just thought I'd let you know.
Oh and your mantra is correct. Maybe your boobs were giving you a migrain. :)
